Thank you very much for the post and pictures. I like the reach and elbow height in relation to the bars. It looks to me that both of you are having to roll your hands and elbows in. Is this the case?

When driving a cage, our hands are more in that position, so why not on a MC?
Agreed.

Thanks everyone, I'm most likely going to go with BR's New Wave 3 bars and have them modified or possibly the New Wave HD bars. Having the option to have them made to order is appealing to me. In the end I will save money as it's not cheap swapping internally wired bars. I'll do this one time and get it right for me. Thanks leohd !!

The wave 3 bars look nice.

I ended up with WO518's and so far find them to fit me well. I had KW +2 sweeper bars before these and they were giving me killer pain between the blades no matter where I rolled them.

Khrome Werks Wide Sweeper + 2". The most comfortable bar I have ever found for the road glide. Wrist angle is great adjusted high or low. Dimpled, knurled and drilled for internal wiring. No need for longer wiring, only re-route clutch cable. Will send photo of mine if interested.

Have you sat on a 2011 SE Road Glide? The bars on these are new this year and come back closer to you with out having a sharp wrist angle. I had the dealer check the part number and it is not restricted so you can order the SE bars and put on a regular Road Glide. I think they were around $150. list.

I finally got to try 2011 SE Road Glide bar at the dealer and ordered them. They are exactly what I was looking for. Wrist angle is perfect! P/N# 57461-11

Thanks again!

Default Wo517

I had the WO517 on my 07 Road Glide until this week when the bike was totaled. I've ordered a 11 Road Glide Ultra and am having the same ones put on it.
I put them on the 07 after riding it about 700 miles and getting shoulder aches. Rode with the 517s for almost 3 1/2 years without pain and really liked them.

I've got WO575s and love them. No shoulder fatigue at all.
