Default Extended Bags 3.5" or 3"

I'm looking at buying TS extended bags 3.5" and would like to know if anyone that has the 3.5" are scraping them in turns etc... . I have an 09 SG and I don't consider myself an aggressive rider. Opinions will be greatly appreciated. Should I go with the 3.5" or the 3" ? Thanks

I've got 4'' on my EG, Foot boards hit before bags do, But you do have to beware of angle changes on driveways etc.

I have 3.5's, they do not scrape. Bottom of the bags is level with the bottom of the rear fender.
