Just called Bagger Nation and talked to Brady. He says they got an update yesterday morning from RF and now it looks like mid June for a release date. Still in question is if Paul will be offering a plug and play, or I should say what plug and play harness' will be available right away. As soon as I learn more I will keep everyone posted. Brady is the guy I talked with and he is running RF speakers with a HW amp and says the RF speakers are GREAT.

 

Found out today that the plug and play harness that Paul Yaffe is selling at Bagger Nation is already ready to go when the amps actually show up, they are ready to go...

I'm hoping the RF amps will replace the HW stuff in Yaffe's 'House Party' sound system kit...

They have not really said it will replace it, I am guessing he will still carry more than one type of brand, but the guys who i have talked to there really like the ones, the amp that is, they have now (at RF) and the guys at Bagger Nation are LOVING the RF speakers. My bet is they will offer both, but the RF amp is WAY less money.

 

Awesome. It's a good thing im leaving, because all this waiting sucks!

 

How long will it be before your bike is either fixed? Or are you replacing it with something new or different? Also i think someone else mentioned this, but that is a great sig pic.

It will be at least a few months, since i'm getting parts from yaffe and a ton of stuff has to go to paint. either way, i wont be home til next year so it doesnt really bother me

 

Sorry to say I just talked with RF and it looks like it will be another month or two. They understand it will cost them many customers who don't want to wait any more, but they can only sell what they can build. They didn't really blame or push the blame off on anyone, I think the trouble is they simply can't get quality parts to put into the amp.
