Default Under Armor Cold Weather Clothing

Do any of you wear this brand, or a similar brand, when touring?
If so, your thoughts/comments on it?

can't speak for their cold weather gear but I have a bunch of their stuff designed for hot weather. A bit expensive but it is well made and works great.

I really like the UA Coldgear as a base layer for touring. I also use it on backpacking trips. Great stuff.

+1 on great base layer. a bit pricey, but top quality. the boxer brief underwear are amazing in the saddle.

Army polypro long undewear, might have to cut the crotch out to keep from overheating

I've got some of the Cold Gear Evolution. I think it's basically the same stuff as Cold Gear but the Evolution has a slicker outer surface to help with layering and it is fitted fit instead of compression fit so it's not quite as tight. UA is good stuff but it is a little spendy.

EDIT: I forgot to mention that I've got some Enduraskin from Bass Pro Shops and it is great stuff. I've got the thin -warmer weather version and it works just as good as UA but it is camo. They now have some Cold Gear versions (in black) and I would imagine it is comparable to UA but it's also comparable in price. There are several versions that I think are just as good as UA and sometimes you can get them on sale for a good deal. I think Cabelas had some comparable products on sale? You don't see UA on sale much.

the only underarmor stuff i've used is the skull cap. my head tends to start itching like crazy sometimes when i'm wearing a helmet and it's hot out. the underarmor skull cap stops the itching. i found that they have underarmor stuff at bass pro shops if that helps.

I have never heard a complaint about UA other than the price and most people then follow up with, but it's worth it.

I have been using it for a few years now. Great stuff..........seems to last and last. Light weight/thin and warm as a base liner. Well worth the extra bucks.

I have a bunch of UA heat and cold weather gear and thats all i wear. I have tried some other brands cause of the price but imo nothing comes close! Well worth the money!
