The worst of it was even the HD service department acted like I was stupid... I used to trust these guys to steer me in the right direction, and am friends with my advisor. They even looked at me like I was nuts. IT WAS AN OBVIOUS PULSING TOO!

BAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! Actually, the shirt is starting to unravel in the middle of the back and the hat is kinda ghetto(hat with a huge bill thats worn off to the side)... not my normal style. I prefer a more "normal" or "classic" type hat. I tried it on and my wife laughed so hard she fell to the floor holding her sides. She's quite the support system.

I meant retailers. Surely they can go to one of their retailers and borrow a pair.
(...and don't call me Shirley)

Also, it's the beginning of show season.
Most manufacturers are focused on showing new products at these parts shows.
We are talking about Heathens, most likely in their top five sales. There is no excuse why they don't have a pair.

The front brake handle was pulsating when applying the brake. Using a dial indicator the right was out .012 thousands and the left was out .016. I believe Harley allows .008.

That's an option. I need to sell the old stockers.

the rotors should have never warped in the 1st place, just curious what is to stop the next set from warping?
I'm thinking the same thing. I was considering adding a set of Heathens to my 2011 FLTRX but now that is out of the question. I'm not going to purchased anymore POORformance <--- Machine wheels.

I read your thread, exactly the same.

I'm wondering how long the replacement set will last. Cost of two rotors is $659.90

I doubt they will reimburse me for my labor and shipping but I will be asking for it.

They did throw in a shirt and a hat for my troubles (ROLLS EYES).
I hope they send me two t-shirts, one to take a dump on and one to cover it up.

^^^^^^^LMFAO! Now thats funny stuff right there^^^^^^

I would hope they do something for you... I now know it is an ongoing problem, but since they "repaired" my rotors I have had no issues. Something tells me either they have really poor quality control or they designed these rotors poorly. To think they checked my rotors when I sent the whole front wheel assembly back and told me they were in spec. Then why was there a repair made? It's not like brakes are important or anything...
