Default Renegade Internal Cush Drive Hub Pictures

Thought I'd share some pictures with everyone. The big brown truck just dropped off my new 21/18 wheels and I thought that there might be people interested in seeing what the Renegade internal cush drive hub looks like. I dug through this forum for what must have been hours trying to get an idea of what their internal cush drive hub looks like, but I could not find any pictures posted. I finally decided to take a chance and pull the trigger without seeing it first. I'm glad that I did because the setup is very nice. You can't tell that the pulley isn't bolted to the hub unless you pull the pulley from the hub. I'd recommend this setup to those of us with an exposed pulley due to a 2-1 single side exhaust. Looks much better than using the big stock cush drive with custom wheels in my opinion. Enjoy the pics!

Nice setup, that is how H-D should have done it.

Honda, Yamaha, etc.. have been doing variations of that design for the past 30 years on many models and it works great.

GOT THEM INSTALLED! I'm very happy with the way they look. The pictures don't do them justice. It took me a while to get them installed because I wanted to get everthing just right, but a very easy install overall. I added a Paul Yaffe flush mount axle, Fat Baggers fork end cap, and I replaced the stock front brake pads with LRB Z-Plus pads. I used the stock rear brake rotor on the new wheel and it can't be seen unless you look between the small gap between the left side bag and muffler. I went ahead and drilled out the front fender rear mounting holes to 10mm to ensure that I had enough clearance for the front tire going down the road. I taped a 1/4" thick washer to the tire and it spun freely, so I hope that will be enough clearnace to account for "tire sling". Enjoy the pics!

Nope. It only raised the front of the bike 0.9". I like the stance of the bike better now.
