Default Switches

Hey, my father in law just bought an 09' road king with 95 miles on it for for a good price I think. Just a quick question the two switchs on the back side of the forks. One on the right he said turned on the running lights ,one on the left didn't do any thing he said.. What should the second switch before. thank you

You can use it for whatever he wants. GPS, iPod, phone charger, radar detector or self destruct I guess. There's a plug under the seat that it turns off and on. He'll need to buy the adapter that will make it into a cigarette lighter type plug. I forget the name of the plug.
