there we go! Thanks everyone. Drew your sled is sick! Harleyheaven you are pushing me back to my original thought of 12" apes. I would like to keep the lean/line of the bars, in line with my forks. This should give me a good clean look with the pullback I want. 12's, 14's, 12's, 14's, decisions, decisions. Thanks again all, trust me it does help.

Looks great! This is what I plan on doing but maybe going with the 18".
One question though: How does the windshield fit with the Gangsta's? Normal?

Not sure if your interested but I have a 13" pair of Carlini Gangstar Apes that I am going to sell in the spring. I put them on the bike last spring and dont care for them as much as I do my semi pullbacks... they are in excellent shape and were not purchased as blems

A buddy of mine has a set of the 16" gangster Apes on his Heritage. They look great. Very well made bars.

I have the bars pushed a hair bit further now then in the picture on accident. My windshield hits plus I need to pull them back a bit any how. I mainly run a detatch fairing and the bars have no issue with that because the curve of the bars flow perfect with the inside of the fairing

Thanks, but I don't like the Gangster Apes as much. First they are wider and I'm short armed so I like the more narrow 1.25" flying ape. I also like the curve of the flying ape better. Wish they were the ones I like, I'm into saving money!
