I just drooped the hammer on some Xtreme Machine Stillettos bolted series. 17 by 6.25 and a 19 by 3.0. Now the hard part tires. I want to run a 200 in the back and a 120 in the front........ The Avon Cobras are soft and for Vrods. Heard they do not last long. Dunlop has a few Roadmaster and another one I cant remember but no matching front tire.


So two questions .....

1.can you mix and match say Dunlop tires or is that a NO NO .......
2.I know this has been talked about but who out there with a bagger has a 200MM tire, what brand, how many miles and pros and cons ........

I have the Avon Storm 2 Ultra (200MM) on my SG and I love it. I also have the Avon Cobra front and love it.

 

I have Metzlers front and rear (200mm) and have no complaints. Got my set up from Coastal Moto.

 

Running Metzlers on mine as well... 200mm on a 17X6.25 rim on the rear... Pros- looks great, handles great! Cons- none! I have my rear lowered 1" as well... still have no problems with rubbing or clearence!
