Frank aka Drago...did you spec Eric's motor? Eric won't let us know, either way Frank you should build me a motor to make him wish he gave you the job..all it says in his sig. is Head work by WFO Larry
Build and Tune by StrokerJiK (Jim Kennedy) we can have Jamie at fuel moto tune it. maybe HDFORUMS will sponsor it cause I am so well liked.

specing a crate motor humm.
I was just one of many phone calls Eric made when he was considering a upgrade for his bike. based on my previous experience with the 120r,I spec ed this motor. I order and bough two of these one for Eric and one for myself. I was doing the head work on mine, with Erics we were going to just swap cams to something that would give him more bottom end tq.
after he heard my plans for my motor he decided to follow my lead..... head work, not only to increase performance ,but to fix the loose (spec) factory cast guides also. I was also installing S&S roller rockers. after I explained my reasons for this Eric decided to do the same.
so now how did anyone else "spec" this motor?
maybe there was conversation and a eagerness to say yea man I want to do that. I get these phone calls every day. but if the customer goes another route, and does a completely diff build,I dont say I "spec ed" there build. I realize based on your build you are loyal to Frank, thats a good thing. but to say he spec ed this build isnt correct. hell we went around and around just over the 662-1 or 662-2. add compression or not add compression. several conversations between Larry and myself on the heads and cams.
continue to be loyal to your builder ...thats a good thing! but dont spread stuff that isnt true. I am sure Frank would agree. at least I hope he would. I have seen this happen to me also, until you have the bike in your shop and order parts it is just a conversation with a potential customer.
