Default Road Tech 660 Fairing mount with Fairing dash pad

I have the Road Tech Zumo 660 with handlebar mount right now..I think the winter boredom is setting in finally, and wanted to get something for the bike. So i wasnt thrilled with the handlebar set-up for the Zumo and wanted to get the fairing mount. Now i have the fairing dash pad already installed and was looking for the fairing mount and says that the fairing mount is not compatible with the dash pad.. Now i thought the CVO ultra came from the factory with the fairing mount for the Zumo and it has the fairing pad already installed?..Is there a different part number or am i missing something?.
Thanks for the help
Marc

Do you have a picture of either set up? I am currently trying to decide which mount to use also.

Get rid of the pad and mount the Zumo on the faring, I found the handle bar mount dangerous, takes your eyes away from the road and front too much. If the CVO option works, fine but get teh zumo up on the faring much safer and you will like it a lot better.

I don't want to get rid of the pad, I don't mind it on the handlebar just looking for a cleaner look, just couldnt find the set-up with the dash pad

Someone had a post a few months ago with photos and part numbers for the mount on a CVO with the dash pad. Wish I had saved the info, want to mount my new 660 on the fairing of my 08 SE3.

Here is the post a few months ago with all the part numbers for the CVO mount.
I did this and it was well worth it. IMHO
