Well its rejetted! I got the 2 throttle cables off. The cable I mentioned on the side went to the left side panel cruise control. To remove it you have to take a cotter pin off and unsnap the black plastic gromet off the carb side. I'm glad I took it all the way out becuase all 8 scrws top and bottom felt like somebody put red locktight on them. I only got 1 off with a screwdriver and had to crack the others with vise grips. I replaced them with stainless on top and allen heads on the bottom. Going to post more in a follow-up thread.
