One quick question, I have your amp and speakers and can't wait for the lowers and four channel amp BTW. My question is, is the amp the same size as your two channel amp? I don't have XM or a CB so I never needed any brackets. I just have used some industrial Velcro and a couple really big zip ties to hold it in place on top of my Alpine X-100. It works just fine.

 

??? will there be a option to fit the 7.25 speakers in the pods of the ultra.

don't have the exact dimensions, but the new J&M 500w amp is a few inches longer than our 250w amp ,,,,, and just BARELY fits inside the Harley Batwing fairing ,,,,,

the new amp kit will come with a mounting bracket for you to use, so that you won't have to try and glue it down with Velcro ,,,,

I cannot think of any way to cram the J&M 7.25" speakers into the rear speaker pods on the Ultra ,,, but the J&M 5.25" upgrades for that position, do an outstanding job ,,,,,

 

I too want to hear this set up. Not sure how the speakers can handle so much power with such small magnets? Looking forward to the V-Twin show to were I can hear the best audio system out there! I will post what I find on the Feb 6th.

 

I'm sorry John, I made the mistake of saying I had your amp when I have the ARC one. If you say it fits, then that's good enough for me!

 

The Arc Audio 500w amp will NOT fit inside the Bat-Wing Harley fairing ,,,,

the NEW J&M 500w amp WILL fit inside the Bat-Wing fairing with our special mounting bracket etc ,,,,
