John,
Another nice setup for sure! Lower fairing speakers are nice for sure look very clean and I am sure this thing rocks. What is the potential to run your rear ultra speakers with this amp and the 7.25 front fairing speakers? Any thought on this for us?

sickbagger ,,,,

when the new J&M 500w 4-ch amp is released, there will be a plug-n-play version for the 2006-2011 Ultra's to connect it to both the front and rear speaker positions, that are stock on the bike ,,,, ((with the J&M speaker upgrades of course, both front and rear ))) ,,

you will not need to purchase or install the LOWERS speakers for this new amp to give you THE best sound around ,,,,,

Default Use your AMP with ARC Speakers

John,

I know this might not be the best, and I am not using your speakers. I am currently running the ARC 2 channel amp that is powering ARC 6.5" speakers in my fairing and ARC 5.25" speakers in my lowers in parallel. Can I replace the ARC amp with your 4 channel amp and run the ARC fairing and lower speakers in parallel on one channel and use the other channel to run a set of your speakers in my tour pak? I haven't upgraded my tour pak speakers as of yet because I had no amp for them.

Thanks,

Scott

scotdoege ,,,,

certainly ,,,, just use the J&M 500w amp's front output set for the fairing and lower speakers ,,,,

if your fairing and lower speakers are 4 ohm, then connect them in parallel ,,,,, if they are 2 ohm, then connect in series and adjust amp as necessary ,,,, there is PLENTY of power available ,,,,

then connect the rear amp outputs direct to your rear speakers ,,,,,,,

No ,,,, during the Chicago IMS show, ROKKER will be on it's way to Daytona Beach FL for Bike-Week inside the J&M Audio demo trailer ,,,,

ROKKER is on display this weekend at IMS New York at the Javits center ,,, and next weekend at Cleveland IMS show ,,,,,

Then it goes to the V-Twin show in Cincinatti ,,, then back to Tucson ,,,,,,

John,

Really looking forward to get this. Just curious if anything special required for Screaming Eagles that already have a 180w amp. I'm not a stereo guru but my idea would be to run the front fairing and lowers (7.25s) from the 500w and the 180w pushing the rears (J&Ms). Also, I have a set of 2011 SE street glide 2" tweeters I would like to incorporate but something about they are 1ohm. Recommendations?

SMSgtb ,,,,,

You would run the J&M upgraded 5.25" rear speakers and new J&M 7.25" LOWERS speakers with the front and rear channels of your existing Harley amplifier ,,,,,,

then install the J&M 7.25" speakers in the fairing position, along with the current J&M 250w 2-channel amp to drive the fairing speakers only ,,,,,

bike will nearly jump up and down at high volume when sitting still ,,,,,,,

lots of folks heard ROKKER yesturday at the Javits Center ,,,, more will come today ,,,,, it is by far, the best sounding motorcycle in the entire building here in New York City ,,,,

for those who cannot visit us here in New York, J&M video on ROKKER at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6xIcWjYISRE ,,,,,
