Me too on cars, but the problem with these Brembo brakes is that there is not enough room to get a c-clamp in the calipers.

I would pull your front wheel and then bolt the caliper back onto the fork leg if it was removed. Then with the wheel removed you will have space to get a pry bar/screw driver between the old pads. As you pry on the pads brake louse the bleed screw. Thi will releive the presser on the pistons allowing them to be retracted into the bores. Make sure you close the bleed screw before you get to the end of the piston stroke to prevent air entering. As long as you are pushing fluid out no air can get in. Aferwords you can top off the master cylinder.

Sure there is if you have the right C clamp.

Well I ended up disconnecting the caliper after the above suggestions didn't work. Once removed, I was able to get the piston to move freely. Now the bummer part; I bled the brakes the best I could, but they are still extremely spongy and grabby. Gonna see if the local dealership is open tomorrow so that they can bleed the system and take a look at that one caliper. It seems to be rubbing quite a bid on that side/rotor. With the wheel off the ground, it is difficult to spin the wheel; moreso than before I changed the pads and disconnected the caliper. The rubbing could be from the air in the system I suppose.
