can anybody tell me where i can find this part or does anybody have one laying around? just came back for the dealer and they dont sell this part by itself only the whole luggage rack. ARE YOU KIDDING ME .any help would be great. its missing the black part on the stem.

rather not say dawg, my local dealer . i thought it was a bit odd since the come off with a screw there not pressed on or rivoted on .

Now that you have the part number just call your local dealer, order the part by number, & when you go in to pick it up show it to the guy that told you he didn't sell it.

 

In the nicest possible way, throw them under the bus! They deserve it...
