2008 SG The antenna has a 12V power wire that needs to be hooked up to a switched 12V source, where can I hook this wire up inside the fairing?

 

Don't have this antenna on my bike, however, guy down the street does and he hooked up the antennas 12 volt power to his low beam headlight. Not sure if he has had any issues but seems to work for him.

When you open your fairing there is a unused female plug that is used for the front fender light on a FL. I used that on mine and mounted the antenna on the inside of the fairing.
