Default 107 for Baggers

I have been calling and searching the net for other places that offer a 107 kit. Seems like Fuel Moto is the best around. Are there other places I am missing and/or is it better to buy your own package of goodies. Maybe even have someone machine your Cylinders and buy the mix and match of parts ......Thoughts

If you are looking at doing headwork, too, then also consider T-Man Performance, Hillside, Headquarters, or GMR. If you just want a little extra grunt down low, then Fuel Moto is probably your best bet. Good luck with your research...

There's a lot of good ones. The Fuel Moto made good numbers and FM has a good following on here.

I went with a TMan 107 kit and very glad I did.

When I bought my TMan stage III kit, it was on sale for $2200-$2300. Not sure how much the FM kit is.

I went with the GMR kit, good bang for the buck, one stop shopping and no complaints on the performance

From what I see the fuel moto kit uses OEM jugs and bores them to size. wall thickness gets pretty thin that way for a 107". Heat & distortion could be a problem. JUST SAYIN. Revolution performance has a 107 kit (aluminum cyl.) with a nickel, carbide.silicon coating electro plated onto the cylinder walls. 1/10th the friction and wear as cast iron. And you don't need to bore your cases either! I'm gonna try them this fall. As far as cams go, I ordered cyclerama's 575 cam kit today, so gonna run them in my 96 till i can afford the 107 kit and their head work. They have great dyno sheets with their 575 cams, and Charlie and Wes have been really helpful.

The FM kit is $1300. It sure seems like a killer deal.

+1 on the Revolution performance 107. We've used a few of tem and they are really nice for the money. $995 gets you the cylinders, pistons, rings, heads and base gaskets. They don't use stock cylinders, the fins are alot thicker than stock The pistons are 10.5:1
