Revolution Performance had some serious issues in the past. Buyers beware!

You have to be a little more specific than that. What kind of issues? We're talking pistons (made by J.E.) and jugs (heavier than stock, not bored out stock ones) here.

The fuel moto kit is cheaper because you have no head work. However he show's to be making the same tq numbers as those with headwork only the hp is shown to be lower than those with headwork. Most of the 107 kits are bored oem cylinders and haven't heard of any with heat distorting issues. Would not worry myself on that one. I have the Headquarters kit on mine and I am very happy with it.

It says complete kit but you will need to upgrade air cleaner and exhaust system to get the performance he is showing on his dyno sheet at the site. Note from their site:
Retail Price $1299.00 Complete kit

$1995.00 installed at our location including a professional Dyno tune

Notice here
Fuel Moto also offers package deals for the 107" kit bundled along with tuning components, exhaust systems, and air cleaners. We have several Dynojet PC-V maps available for our 107" kit

Also pulling that much tq you will need a stronger than stock clutch spring because it will slip. Trust me. Either a vpc92 or the SE clutch spring are my recomendations. You may have need of compression releases also with this kit to help starting with the high compression which means head work. I do not know that for sure. I am not downing fuelmoto just trying to make sure you have all of your bases covered because these kits are engine components only. You always need more to make it a complete overall bike kit ie: air cleaner, exhaust, tuner and map, clutch etc. It all brings in large amounts of cost to the table if you don't already have these upgrades. Hope this helps.

You brought it up, figured you'd hit the highlights. No worries. I'll search.

Looks like you need to follow your own advice and do some research. The issues you are referring to are no longer issues.

Currently I have bub 8s true Duels, K&N high flow and a thundermax zipper. So all I would need is the kit and a clutch spring I guess. Will that spring make the clutch strong enough or is more needed

Only fools repeat the same things and expect different results. Even if they have cleaned up their act, too many ghosts in the closet to take a chance.

it may or may not make the clutch strong enough -- my clutch with heavier spring was slipping went with AIM T-92 http://www.aim-tamachi.com/home.php?cat=18-- it won't slip with it on the bike.
