99.99% of the time I ride solo, with the tour pack on.
If I need to stop at the store, no problem. I keep most of what I might need in the bags. The tour pak is handy for throwing my jacket and gloves, glasses etc in. Easier to get to than the bags.

Ride solo most of the time but I do use my tour pack more then saddlebags it's convenient, never thought of taking it off.

I ride one up 100% of the time with the tour pack and two up seat in place . The OL has a Deluxe and hates riding bitch!

I ride solo alot but like to go w/o the trunk. Bags gives me plenty of storage for day runs.

Mine is a detachable with a slide base but I leave it on and in position most of the time. When I am feelin' the need to be a little more rebellious I pull fairing, lowers and Tourpak stripping back to stock King for a little noise and wind.
