Default WWW tires, who makes em?

I am going to replace my rear WWW on my 08, and I would rather not use the same Dunlop 402. Can someone tell me who else makes a good WWW?

Avon & Metzeler both make WWWs for your 08, both good. I think the Avons handle a little better, the Mezelers last a little longer. IMO

I run the Metzlers on mine. I'm happy with them, but they were on the bike when I bought and I keep replacing them. Every time I clean them I swear I'm buying blackwalls next time.LOL

Who sells the Metzelers for the best price? I hear you on the cleaning, but they look so damn good, I can't see running anything else!

I got rid of mine after 3 months. Didn't want to be bothered with the constant cleaning, and the selection of replacement tires is limited.

I won't replace the WWW on the back of my 2010. I am either going to put a blackwall tire in there or I might even go to the darkside and put the 190 car tire out back.

Constant cleaning? I clean mine a few times a year and they look brand new. Nothing looks better than super white WWW's on a black bike.

Got smokin' deal on Michelin Macadams ($65) from JakeWilson.com. You might see if they have any www bargains.
