Default Windscreen Bags

I am looking at getting the three bags that mount at the bottom of the windscreen / top of the dash for my Electra Glide. Wondering who has them. Are they durable and are they useful? I was hoping to keep glasses and other small items in them so that they are available when touring. They are about $100 so I figured it was worth asking before I plunked down the cash.

I have one that I don't use anymore, It won't work with my new Klock Werks windscreen. 30 bucks and it's yours. I can get you a pick if your interested. They are nice to have. I keep extra glasses, gum, cellphone, toll money, keys etc in them. Well worth the 100 bucks if you don't want used.

Default I have them....

Remember to remove any valuables from them when you park.

In some cases; depending on the type and tilt of the windshield, they may "open" a gap between front and dash fairing.

Remember to put spaces between back of pouches and windshield to prevent marking of the windshield.

I have the single bag and really like it. I keep my insurance, sun glasses, garage door opener, and some other junk in there. I haven't had mine but for a few months so I can't tell how durable, but it seems to be made well.

What do you put between the pouches and the windshield?

I've got the 3 T-bag setup. No gaps and it fits perfectly on my SG windscreen.

Thunder Tower had put one on my 2010 Limited, didn't like the looks of it and was going to take it off. Started using it and now would not go without one. Mine has 3 pouches. Left side is for my garage opener, middle for my reading glasses and the right side is for my smokes and Itouch. Love it.

It is best to get those clear rubber bumpers 1/4 inch diameter. Otherwise over time the bags will make marks on the wind screen. Dont ask how we know. lol
