Twinkie cams couldn't be easier to swap out. It'll be a breeze for you.

no lifters in kit talk to keith and said it wasnt a necessity but he had a set for $229.00 it would be a bit more quiet. he also said not to worry about the lifters that it would be fine with the stock ones.

Rick your gonna love those cams! Your bike is going to rip!, I suggest you download atrain68's cam install write up off this forum. It is step by step. Maybe start early and go ahead and drop your right side floor board, get that exhaust off, pull your plugs, get your pushrods off and pull that cam cover. You'll be about a dozen or so bolts away from pulling the cams out at that point. Anyways, you'll do fine, you wired your own bars didn't ya? This will be a cake walk compared to that

I talked to cyclerama today about their cams, and they say you should do lifters as well unless u have less than 800 miles on them. Something about how they wear in.

It's not a bad job, but take your time and follow the manual. Plan on a full-day to do the job if you reuse the stock pushrods, a couple of hours less if you use adjustables. Also, read these two write-ups:
