i just ordered my cams from fuel moto an hour ago and i think i got a great price $583.00. and it comes with the adjustable push rods cams, torrington bearings and gaskets. i have never done this befor to a twin cam done shovels and pans but never a twin cam and it sounds very intimidating to me but i guess i will find out this weekend. kinda nervous about doing this should i be worried iam a retired body man but i still know how to turn a wrench. will keep u all posted and wish me luck cuz lord knows iam gonna need it.

Rick your gonna love those cams! Your bike is going to rip!, I suggest you download atrain68's cam install write up off this forum. It is step by step. Maybe start early and go ahead and drop your right side floor board, get that exhaust off, pull your plugs, get your pushrods off and pull that cam cover. You'll be about a dozen or so bolts away from pulling the cams out at that point. Anyways, you'll do fine, you wired your own bars didn't ya? This will be a cake walk compared to that

I talked to cyclerama today about their cams, and they say you should do lifters as well unless u have less than 800 miles on them. Something about how they wear in.
