07 and up cam tenioners problems
Ok guys , now that the 07's, 96ers, an up are getting some miles on them has any body getting wear on the cam tensioners like on the 88's? After reading about the problems developing on the 88's we should be seeing some problems about now.

Hydraulic tensioner and different chain design will give better mileage when compared to the 88's.

Cracked mine open at 30k and I can only tell that the chain was there visually, you can't feel a thing on the chain follower. I'm thinking they are good for the life of the motor.

Installed new ones at 80,000 miles. Just started to show some wear on the primary one. Have 140K on it now. Will check at 150-160k miles.
