I just had the heritage style bars installed. I like them so far. There are probably better bars out there if you look around, but I had them installed by the dealer in a winter special for $200.00. That includes the bars. They were done in one hour. No changing cables or anything. For the money, great bars!
At 6'3", my stock 2011 RK bars are almost perfect. I might go for the Wild Ones 513's, just 1" higher and 1 1/2 more pullback. Have to wait until my Dual Tourer comes in to see how it affects my reach.
I put WO575 Wild 1 Chubby® FLH Bagger Bars on my Glide, I believe the pull back is around 2 inches . I know longer have shoulder pains and it is as if I put cruise control on my bike ....HUGE difference .....
I've got the Road King High Bars on my 05. No cables or wire extentions. Great wrist position and only cost me $50 at the time. I can ride for hours and never even think of taking a hand off the bars to rest.
I am 5'6" and just installed the Heritage style bars by myself. only took 3 hours (working slow) and did not have to change any cables or wires. I can't believe that I waited 2 years to do this! No more shoulder pain or hands falling asleep. Best mod. so far!
