Where would I find out the required bearing spec? I ask because you cite a couple of specs that are very close in size; 1" = 25.4mm.

You have 25mm axles on your bike. You would need to know if your bike has ABS or not, you would want to look for the same in street glide wheels. As long as the wheels you buy have the same type of bearing(ABS or not) you can use the same wheel spacers.
