Anyone use a stealth rack 53472-09 with a solo TP?

Anyone use a stealth rack 53472-09 with a solo TP?
I have a chopped TP, mounted solo, and would like to add a rack behind it. Looks like it will work, but the catalog shows it 2 up??

I think part of that rack would be covered when your tour-pak is on, but it should fit. My plate mounts to that bar and its almost covered with the solo mount.

No one has put out $300 for this rack?? Hate to order it and then have to just resell it.
