another draggin bagger done
Finished my Installation last night, taken some pics of the inst and riding heights.Taken some measurements as well, they but are not pure mathematical but pretty good for most of us. I came up with a 7deg lean slammed and 12deg full ext with the handle bars in lock position. 15 to 20 second rise from fully slammed with about a 200 pound rider on it. Less than 5 seconds to slam it from full extension. From full extension to slam is about a five inch drop. On my Road Kind Custom, I measured from the middle of the bottom of the rear fender to the ground. From full extention, the measurement was 15 3/8 inches. Slammed, it was 10 3/8 inches. The ride is great! Now, if I can figure out how to post thumbnails, I will send some pictures.

Congrat's on the new Mod. Sure sounds like you are a happy camper, oops, I mean biker. LOL! That's what makes the world go round, it's whatever floats your boat. For me, I can't see what the rave is all about. Maybe I'm just missing the boat but I always thought the shocks on my SG offered a horrible, back breaking ride on certain terain. I can't even imagine how harsh the ride will get when the bike is slammed even lower!
I do agree it looks really cool but I rather look at that type of cool on somebody elses bike. I'm not putting this product down, it's just not for me but I am happy for those who can enjoy the slammed ride. Just my 2 cents.
