Search this forum, I've seen Castrol V-Twin mentioned several times.
Avoid any "energy conserving" oils or oils with "friction modifiers" in the primary. The clutch won't work right with them.
in wally world today, see that castrol has 20w50 vtwin oil that is recomended for harleydavidson.anyone else seen it.about 9.00 dollars a quart

Was looking for 20w50 V-Twin synthetic Pennzoil at my local Wally World which they didn't have. Went to an out of town WW and saw the Castrol 20w50 full syn formulated for Harley Davidson V-Twin engines. Decided to try it and brought home 4 quarts priced at $8.92 each. Used to use Castrol on my old metric bikes and never had any problems so I'm giving it a try.
