When I saw the Merlot Sunglo on the floor under spot lights, I decided then to buy a new 2011. If I didn't see that color that day, I'd still be riding my 2006 Ultra. That color made me real interested and started making me think about the other reasons to buy the newer bike. They had just put it on the floor that morning, and after I bought it that evening, another guy tried to buy it before they removed it from the floor.

A few days before Christmas I ordered a 2011 FLHR Sedona Orange.
Color is a personal thing for sure.
Going from a Black Street Glide - which looks dirty within a few minutes after you wash it, to the Sedona Orange is the right color for me :-)
I'm not a fan of "Bass Boat" style metal flake paint - even though the Merlot is a sharp color.
I explain to others that the Sedona Orange is more of a metallic and the Merlot is a metal flake style of paint.
Congrats on your new ride...
As for me - Spring cant get here soon enough!
