Took mine to a FedEx/Kinkos and they spiral bound mine and put durable vinyl covers front and back for about $10 IIRC - easier to read, lays flat when you're working on the bike, I highly recommend it.

+1 Fed-Ex Kinkos got front and back cover laminated as well as spiral bound....
I don't know what the legality of it is, but you might also consider, when you take it to Kinkos or wherever to get bound, I would do three ring rather than spiral for easy page replacement, you could get it scanned into a PDF as well so that you could re-print pages that get damaged.
Again, I don't know the legality of this. I would THINK that it is covered by the archival clause of the Fair Use doctrine, but I am no attorney.
I took it to kinko's and they sliced off a small piece of bonded edge and placed pages in a 3 ring binder.
The 3 ring binder allows you to remove pages and make a quick copy when service is required and then i can toss the dirty pages away. Also good for parts purchase.

Thanks for the tips. Took mine to staples and they spiral bound it and laminated the front and back cover for $10.23. Still wont know what I'm doing when I start wrenching but at least my book will look good.
