Default Bad Dad or Milwaukee

Getting ready to pull the trigger on extended bags and rear fender. I'd like to hear some input on both companies. Whether you have them or not, maybe you can shed some information I might have missed which could be helpful with my decision. I'm not going with Top Shop because they don't offer a rear fender and I'd like to have it all done through one vendor. That way hopefully, there won't be any fitment issues.

Right now I'm leaning towards Bad Dad. I like their "all in one" rear fender.

This one:

Or this one:

Maybe even this replacement fender, but I need to find out if I can get this as an "all in one" version.

BadDad's is coming out with new products all the time. You may want to contact Derk with any questions you have. If you do a search, this is a topic that comes up alot....I've always gone with BadDad's. Customer service is excellent, no problems with fitment, very happy.

I went with the top shop bags full ext. and the bad dad rear fender. The fender is a better fit and design at the seat/front section of the fender. This detail may not matter depending on the style seat that you may select. If you are going for a dual pipe setup make sure you let the supplier know what size cut out you will need. This goes for fender and bags. Good luck......JMTS

PS if you have a need for a passenger back rest the bad dad fender is the way to go. they have the adapter that makes this work well and looks good too

I went with top shop bags and fender Tony at top shop only one that was willing to cut the tri-light into bottom of fender for me. I wanted to keep this light for added visibility

I never heard anything bad about either one. Milwaukee Bagger is local for me. They make nice products. I would have to say it really depends on what fender you like. I have Top Shop bags. (not painted yet) I am trying to figure out what rear fender I like best. I am leaning towards Bad Dad.

That looks damn good! I'd love an honest opinion of how the exhaust cut outs line up. That's the real concern for me. Also, is that a fender cover or replacement fender? If it's a cover, does it rub on the factory fender?

its a fender cover, but i didnt leave the stock fender on ...bad dad sells a mounting bracket to take the place of the fender...when i got the bags top shop had made the cut up from the bottom of the bag vertical, i wanted it radiused with the pipe , so i had it filled in ... i have about 5/8" clearance around the pipe...latter on i found out top shop would have cut the radius, but if you look at pics of their bags , most of the cuts are straight up... i prefer a tighter cut so talk to them about that if that is what your looking for
