Nice looking bike. I have some questions. I am not being negative, but are you keeping the wire wheels on the bike? I know it is a RKC, but I have read so much on this forum about problems with the wire wheels. I only ask because I bought a set of wire wheels, with WWW tires on this forum and plan on mounting them on my 09 FLHP, which no longer even resembles a "cop bike". I have changed everything except the saddlebags, but have been watching e-bay for a pair. I bought the bike new primarily because of the 103 motor, oil cooler, tach, heavy duty clutch and electrical, etc., but I am converting it into a Road King Classic. I just had the dealer put on Cruise Control and it works great. However, they had to add three wires to the ECM in order for it to work. Mine is also vidid black and I am thinking about the black 2 into 1 exhaust.

Your bike looks pretty sweet. I didn't think the SG wheels would look good on a RKC but I guess I was wrong. I think you should post some more pictures with your bike outside or with better lighting.

Nice! Great to see someone doing things that aren't just about making it a better sofa or piling-on electronic gizmos. Good work.

Looks Good!!!!!!! What did you put where the stock tag goes? Im thinking about trading both of my bikes in and getting a 2011 RK classic and I want the tag below the tail light. My dealer made me an offer on my bikes that is almost to good to pass up the only thing is they want them totally stock!

I put 2010 Street Glide wheels on mine. Not because of any perceived problems but because of the looks. Lots of RKC on the forum still running wires wheels so they can't be too much of a problem. You looking for leather bags?
