I never ride with sneakers. Been in a couple of bad accidents by cagers, boots helped save my feet from more serious injuries.

See so many people riding with shorts and sneakers....................I wear Red Wing Irish Setters{iron worker boots}.

I wear Manum Boots.

 

I never ride with sneakers either but I don't ride with boots that provide ankle support either.

Boots for me with a good lug sole. Last night a friend of mine wearing his tennis shoes was about to leave on his new 07 Heritage and just as he straightened the bike up his tennis slipped on the sand and he had all he could do to keep the bike up. Scared him pretty good. All I said was "That's why I wear this" and put my vibram soled boots in the air for him to see.

 

Engineer boots. No laces. Ankle padding. 11" tall.

Feet/Hands/Head. I protect them the most.

 

Boots....HD, comfortable as hell too
