My wife says the same thing, she won my loyalty a long time ago. Funny thing is ... if she were the oposite, I'd have all kinds of crap on my bike. Instead, I make sure I take care of her too. I love this women.

i don't have to tell her cause i don't have one. explaining it to my dog is pretty simple, he doesn't seem to mind one way or the other.

My wife doesn't give me a hard time anymore. After 20 years with more than 40 cars and 15 bikes coming and going, she is used to my sickness. She did tell me that she would kill me if I ever got ride of my current bike though. The only problem is that there is not much left to do on it! (well...maybe some motor work).

She has her hobbies (antique dealer, junk collector, hoarder) so in aggregate, she spends about the same on her hobbies as I do. The major difference is that she makes money at it!

I tell her on a need to know basis. 99% of the time, she doesn't need to know!

Got rid of the wife several years ago. That is what allowed me to finally get my Harley without catching a ton of grief...same with the goodies for it. My cat does give the occasional meow over it though...

Wife is pretty much supportive on my upgrade endeavors. The only thing she don't understand is I usually sell/trade my bikes in at the 2 year point, so why stick money into it like I do. I just tell her because I can and it makes me happy ... that's good enough for her.

My wife has no clue what I buy for the sled. She doesn't care as long as she's getting things she wants as well.

Got rid of the wife and the GF says I work hard and deserve to have something fun to do, she even bought me new PYO bars and matching engine guard for Christmas.

Merry Christmas everyone
