Default Bummed out - winterized bikes

I have both bikes winterized; on battery tenders, Sta-bil in the tanks, oils changed, the bikes are cleaned with their covers on them. We've got 6" of snow on the ground and it's 15 degrees out side. UGH!

I'm dreaming of the first day I can take the Ultra to work and then hop on the RKC in the evening for a night out.

I hate winter, except for December 25th, the day I get new harley parts.

In Oklahoma we don't have the winters that you have. It gets pretty cold at night but then can worm up in the afternoons. Jan. and Feb. first of March is our worst months.
But I understand where you are coming from, take care.

Live in Arkansas and got to ride yesterday. I'm not one to winterize my ride, don't care how much it may snow as long as theres no ice, snow or slushy stuff on the roads I'm going out.

I live in Wisconsin too. Time for ice-fishing and mod's to the bike. Plus, now I have time to clean up all the crap and mess I made all summer when I was never home!

Here in Seattle, a little cold, but a beautiful sunny day, and a great day for a ride. I have been fortunate to sneak a few rides in this winter so far.

I'm working on my annual winter mods, this year its the detachable tour pack and new handlebars as the big ticket items....outside of that just counting the days until Daytna Bikeweek rolls around!

Pick up a dirtbike to ride around in the snow to still get your fix in December through February.

I'm keeping my RK at a friend's house, dropped it off before thanksgiving... it's covered with a tender on it. I'm already going nuts without it.

Time to break-out the quad, or snowmobile - there are other things w/handlebars to ride too...
