Still trying to marry TSSM

I have an '03 ElectraGlide Classic. Ibought a new TSSM & a new ECM. Trying to get the TSSM to interface with the ECM. Tried the instructions that I got off of here but I'm still having problems with my fuel pump shutting off after a couple of seconds. Anyone have any ideas? Appreciate it!

Does the ecm have a base cal in it or was it blank?
