Default narrow street glide seat

looking for a narrow and low seat for 2011 street glide. it's for the wife so the narrow seems very important to her she has the super reach seat and it works but man it's ugly even after mean city trimed it down ( by the way they did a good job). was thinking maybe the badlander seat or the drag seat says it lowers you one inch but dosen't says it's narrow. Please help

LePera and Danny Gray make minimalist seats too besides HD Badlander.
From your description it doesn't sound like comfort is a consideration, so I'd look in those places.

Also if it's for your wife's bike then why doesn't she get a solo seat?

Looking at solo seats also I presonally like the look of the two up seats. Comfort shouldn't be a big problem she was riding a sporter so she could ride on the frame and think it's comfortable. just as lon as it is very narrow.

the H-D Brawler seat is quite narrow.

But she'd have to be tall, it puts you back farther than the stock RG seat does.

and it may not be good for more than a couple of hours at a time.

---I swap seats depending on what kind of riding I am doing

I have a Saddlemen Explorer seat and the nose is pretty narrow. Not a bad seat.

Thanks. That was my concern with the badlander. Haven't looked at the saddleman seat but I will the drag predator seat says it lowers you 1 1/2 from stock I just not sure how narow or if it pushes you back.

Corbin makes a "Close" version of their seats. They are narrow at the front and make it easier for vertically challenged people to reach the ground.

try out an 08 streetglide seat. they're available, and i'm guessing narrower than the stock 2011 streetglide seat. i know that i'm using an 09 roadglide seat on my 08 streetglide, and it fits great. it's much wider and taller than my stock 08 streetglide seat. this might be a simple and suitable solution, as long as the 08 seat fits the 2011, and it should.

The Danny Gray Speed Cradle Solo has a narrow nose, lower than stock and doesn't move you back any.I'm 5'5" on a tall day and it works great for me.
