Nice detective work! I know about the Rare Breed Club and have a lot of pics of their bikes, but never saw this one associated with them. One more thing to go on, thank you so much!

 

I've tried searching doghouse customs, roadhouse, courthouse, firehouse.. there are some out there with those names but none seem to match a place that would produce this custom bike. Will keep trying.

It appears to me to be backhouse customs. I googled it and the only thing I found was links to pictures on flickr like this one http://www.flickr.com/photos/7552532@N07/466321944/

You can see from the picture why I think I'm headed in the right direction, but I can't tell whether Russell Miles is the photographer or somehow linked to backhouse customs.

 

Shoot lkr0 on this board a PM with this thread link. I bet he knows whos bike it is. He's from ATL and knows a lot of those guys.

Uhhh, not for nothin', but he's got oil dripping out from under that custom Harley. Judging by the bike, I'd guess he uses Royal Purple in the cases!

 

Well i don't feel bad about my primary leaking now.

 

That makes sense. He's probably a member of the rarebreed LA chapter.
