I had originally bought the shifter Quebec Canada, but it had many flaws and didn't work or fit well so a friend of mine took it all apart and basically custom fit it to my bike.
I wish I could explain how it's made but I really don't know the mechanics of it, however there are plans and I will look for them if you wish.
I will tell you that this is my 3rd bike with a hand shifter and it's just an unbelievable feeling hand shifting into corners and just shifting by hand in general. I do have my foot shifter still, as in emergencies it's faster and safer to shift down.

The fairing is a Woody's made in Kenosha, Wi. The leather work is mine.
