I have the Monster Rounds with the Power Duals on my stock 103". I just hit 1K miles and got a tune. I'm getting 77.25 HP and 92.35 Torque SAE. Both #'s are pretty good for a stage1.
I'm very happy with this setup both sound and power. The Monster Rounds and Ovals are the same.

If you wear a full face helmet I can tell you the Monster Ovals will drive you nutz.A 1/2 helmet is fine, they are actually kinda quiet while cruising at speed. I have the V&H Dresser Duals, but the overall results are the same.

FD Hog helped me with my decision to buy Monster Rounds

P.S. (Try some punctuation and Capital letters) it makes posts easier to read.

...anything is better than the stock pipe with the cat. (am guessing you still have the cat in your stick headpipe) I have the V&H powerduals. My mufflers are the older style smaller diameter V&H twin-slash rounds. For me the aftermarket headpipes make a world of differance...much less restrictive, much less heat build-up around your right foot, and somewhat noticeable performance improvement. Cant say changing your headpipe will change the way your bike will sound, but it will run cooler and better.

This stuff is on my 2010 limited. not sure what your setup is on 2009...
overall, i am happy with the V&H exhaust setup. Good fit and finish. good chrome. runs and sounds fine.

After riding my 06 Ultra with V&H duals, my buddy switched out his 09 Ultra with the duals and Monster Ovals. Sounds great and ALOT cooler on the right leg....

Default All V&H for my 09 FLHRC

I'm running the Monster Ovals and Power Duals. I can't offer any opinion on any other setups (other than stock) since this is basically all I've ever had on the bike. Installing the Power Duals has almost eliminated the heat caused by the cat and the sound is very pleasing to my ears.. You should do a forum search on all the post's regarding this setup.

I have the Power Duals hooked to the Screamin' Eagle mufflers with a SERT and I like the set up.

V&H makes one of the best performing header sets on the market - dyno test will prove they're designed/engineered well. I'd say you picked a good one so...get out the card.
