Ya, I know - don't trailer - ride it there.... Well, that is not alway possible for many reasons - However, if you do trailer, you have all had the "fun" of getting all the tiedowns right... I was in Reno for Street Vibrations and saw this new product... Spent some time at his booth and this really looks nice. I am going to get one some time in 07... I am not connected in anyway to this guy, just liked what I saw and wanted to pass this on to others.. I own a Kendon stand up "single" and use it maybe once a year and each time I spend more time making sure all the tie downs are tight and the bike secure - then I stop and check them often... This set up is fast and very Secure.. not cheap but well made..

Yes you can buy a lot of nice straps for the cost of this ($450) and that is why I did not do a deal there... If a person has the $$$ this is one sweet idea - I watched him demo putting a bike on a trailer - so simple and fast... not for everyone because of the cost... I still want one but it will wait until 07 - I would be willing to bet - if a person got one and used it - they would never go back to straps again -- I never did like the idea of pulling down on the front forks with straps...

I dont like it, rather have tie downs, at least if a tie down gets loose you got 3 more to keep it up, if that thing came loose your bike is gone!

Wow, the picture of that bike nearly horizontal is pretty impressive.

Why pull down on the front forks?

Why hasn,t someone came up with a flat bar that fits under the road light bar, that extends out far enough to put a strap hook in it for a tiedown?

Looks like the bottom rod 'clamps' onto the frame by turning the end. Must have an internal screw. You install and remove it each time. I'd feel a bit more comfortable with the design if it 'hooked' over the frame somehow. And I'd probably still use two straps.

Holding a bike horizontal on a stationary jack, is not the same as hitting uneven railroad tracks doing 45 mph.
