I know an old thread about Zanotti's was floating around, I am a happy customer.

I placed an order about 6 weeks ago for a package of parts including painted parts.

My mistake was making it all one order as everything was held up while the painted parts were in progress.

But it all showed up in less than the 4~6 weeks that I had thought, and I did save hundreds of dollars on the fairing lowers alone.


they have since revamped the website.

yesterday morning i ordered up some parts ( nothing painted) ---by mid-afternoon I had an email telling me that everything I ordered was in stock and would likely ship today.

i just now was emailed with my tracking number.

All of my experiences with Zanotti's have been positive. I was a bit put off when I went to their shop and found they sold metrics as well but the parts guy was elated that I was looking for HD stuff.

 

I'm glad to hear they're still doing internet sales.
Over the past few weeks their site was botched up - had me worried.
I have nothing but good to say about them through the years!
Good to hear they're still treating customers right too.

 

Nothing but good experiences from Zanottis, although I don't get a break on sales tax now that I live in PA. And their shop is nothing fancy, you would never guess they have a top notch internet sales program from the looks of their place.

 

I've always had great service from Zanotti's, including an order I just received last week.

 

Positive is all i can say about Zanotti. Great prices and that is what i want.

 

What is the problem with metrics ( asks the guy with 2 rice rockets)?

I use Zanotti when ever I can for my HD parts, but for my rice stuff it is usually RonAyers.com.

Zanotti's has always bent over backwards to help me, superb service, and if they were the same price as my local guy I'd still use them because their service is that good. The discount is just frosting on the cake.

 

If I can put it on, I order it from Zanottis. They have saved me hundreds of dollars too.

Was there Monday. Nice Road Glide Ultra sittin' on the showroom floor! Wish I had the money to get it. Talked to the service manager for a few. He was very knowledgeable and didn't BS me.
Then talked to parts department guy and he was very helpful as well. Good place.

 

all winter projects ordered from zanotti's, unusual things take awhile they have to be ordered from HD but still ususlly delivered within 2 weeks, the savings are worth the wait
