The p/n for rich sunglo blue, solid saddlebag filler strips is 45898-06BPV, and, YES, these are what you need for your EG.

My good friend bought the same solid strips in fire red pearl for his '06 EG Classic and they've been on his bike for 3+ years; look and fit great.

Also, a Street Glide can't use saddlebag filler strips because it already has the fascia
You are correct, I over typed.

Slotted Filler Strip for bikes with bag guards.

Non-slotted for bikes with out bag guard rails.

TR: Pictured above are the Nostalgic guard rails that use the SLOTTED filler strips; those are not the EG guard rails.

Non-slotted for bikes with out bag guard rails.
The solid filler strips work with both the guard rails on the EG and Road Glides (with the antenna relocated) and RK Customs without guard rails. The picture above is of an '09 or newer bike.

Ok I'm not sure Now. Yes I looked at the 09's because that's what I have.

Here's what the book says

(Solid) For those who seek perfection, these kits fill in the gaps between the fender and the rear of the saddlebags, hiding the saddlebag mounting bracket.

Fits '93-'08 Electra Glide (except FLHX), '94-later FLHR models (except FLHRCI with rear docking kit and FLHRS) and '93 FLHS models. (Will not fit above models equipped with Nostalgic and Triple Rail Saddlebag Guard Rails or Chrome Saddlebag Guard Kit P/Ns 90839-93A, 91216-97; Electra Glo Light Rails; Leather Saddlebags P/Ns 90652-94, 90843-93; or with Fender Rail P/N 91019-92A. Does not fit '98-later FLTR.)

I beleive the electra glide standards did not have bag guards.

I'd like to see a picture of them installed on an 09 EG Classic with the bag guard rails.

Sleepless, given the misinformation and disbelief (me, my buddy, Dawg and others used the solid fillers) on the application of the solid saddlebag filler strips on EG's with twin guard rails, '08 and older models, if you buy the solid color-matched, be sure to post a picture of two of their installation.
