It is a GPS tracking/mapping app that will generate a map of where you have been. I emailed the daily maps to myself and compiled them into a log once I returned home.

I ordered this cable and will be putting it on tomorrow. I have my IPhone4G cradle mounted on a RAM mount with the base mounted to the inner fairing. As far as apps I use
Navigon, MotionX GPS Drive, Greates Roads, INRIX Traffic, Pandora, AccuWeather, The Weather Channel, MyRadar

One of my favorites is called GasBuddy. App finds your location, then tells you where all the closest gas stations are. Lists each station's address and how far away from you they are. Also gives you a list of every station's gas prices. You can sort by distance or price so you can see where the cheapest gas stations are. Great app for traveling and it's free!!!

I use the motion x gps and also the motion x drive for navigation. I have touch player to work my ipod in landscape mode. I have the mount from ironacesspeedshop.com for the road glide and really like it .

In terms of other apps, apart from TomTom (which I really do get on with although doesn't seem that popular here) and BBR (Best Biker Roads) and Greatest Roads (as mentioned above and a direct competitor to BBR) I don't use any apps.

What I have added to my Ram Mount is a rubber tipped stylus which allows me to operate the iPhone with gloves on
how the heck can you use a "rubber tipped stylus" on an iphone?? they are heat activated

I bought a stylus for my I-phone from Frye's electronics for $15 and it works pretty good. Here is a link of the brand I bought, hopefully it works. If it doesn't then google i-phone stylus and it will show up
