Still have the stock A/C or do you have the Stage 1 A/C? I highly doubt that they pulled the tank, removed the rocker covers and drilled the rocker supports bigger (which is helpful for this situation). If you have a receipt and it shows rocker gaskets then maybe, but I doubt it. You can pull the tank and rocker covers, drill the rocker supports with a #43 drill bit and install the new baffles that came out in the 2011 models and run 3.5 qts of oil instead of 4. If the above doesn't help, I would reroute the breathers to the ground.

Running a 1/2 QT low on the oil won't hurt a thing.
Have you tried that?
Take your turkey baster out to the garage and suck out a couple cups, or change your oil and adjust it from there. Where does your oil measure on the stick?
I always like mine to be in between full and and add on the stick FWIW.

Easy fix!

replace the H D breathers and you will not leak another drop of oil.
My 124" motor ran Krank Vents pre-Turbo, after installing the Turbo and they are perfect today.

When they did my stage II 103 kit, the mechanic drilled the oil drains in the heads to allow the oil to drain better in the breather system. So far it is working very well. I do also run the oil about 1/2 quart low also so between the two it is working.
Keep in mind as you increase displacement and performance there needs to be attention to the breather set up. You can't move more air without allowing it somewhere to vent.

I tapped the return holes and installed set screws with red loctite to plug them from going into the air cleaner
Then I drilled and tapped the standoffs and put in fittings and attached oil line and ran them to a tee fitting.
And then I ran the line through a clamp and down behind the exhaust to the ground
