You will need either the comp releases or a SE Compensator! I didn't get the releases and went through a starter in 2 months. Put in the high output starter and it was good for 6 months then started grinding and had developed a kick back so I had the SE Compensator installed. No more issues and didn't have to pull the heads off for the releases. I would get them installed if I were you.
