Decided to pull the trigger on these bars based on sifularson's write up. The dimensions sounded like just what I was looking for. They are really comfortable and I'm glad I did it. Great price and quick ship from Dr. V-Twin as well.

I wired them internally which was kind of a pain in the *** because of the 90 at the bottom. I've wired other sets of bars before and these are easily the hardest. I used the chain method. I should have shrink wrapped the wire loom before I ran them through. I peeled the insulation off several wires so I had to go back and do some repairs. Live and learn. Here's the pics.

BTW - Stock cable and hose length. They look like crap IMO, so I will be changing those out later. Everything works for now and I can ride.

Having the 90 at the bottom does make it more difficult to get the wiring through. Sounds like yours had a sharp edge on the inside.
