Default Thread depth?

I have the tire warrenty on my bike. Got a screw in the rear tire. Need to know the thread depth for it to be covered by warrenty? I cannot find my warrenty paperwork. If it is not going to be covered I will go thru Jake Willson, I can get both front & rear (shipped) for the same price as the rear (installed) from the dealer.

If the tires have legal tread depth they're supposed to replace the tire for nothing.

There is no "legal" tread depth. Tire Rack and other sites recommend that you replace tires at 2/32", Harley's ESP will not replace them with less than 3/32".

Thanks jberg
That is what I thought but wanted to make sure before I went to get them to replace it.
