I can see why you're asking as Harley doesn't include the Ultra's in the applicability notes. Hate to answer your question by pointing you in another direction but that's all I can offer.
Tech Mounts has new compact mount that I used to mount my Zumo 550 on my Limited and it works great. The mount is P/N 3-30912C and the accessory plate for the Zumo 660 is P/N 60007. Pretty low profile and keeps the GPS close to the bars (mounted on the L/H side) and angled at the rider. Worth taking a look at IMHO.

Take a look at www.ram-mounts.com for the mount, they are the company that makes the mount for Harley...

The harley handlebar mount will cover the gas guage, I went with the ram mount. There is also a gas cap mount from Kury Akyn.

i have the hd handlebar mount and the zumo 660. it looks great with the gps on or off. it does make you look a little harder for the gas guage while riding, but i dont care. i judge gas by the odometer anyway.

My 660 has a 'gas guage'.

I have the HD mount, I really like it. It did somewhat cover the gas guage, until I moved the plate to the next two holes right, which moved the unit left enough so I can see the gas guage. It's a great mount, rock solid. I don't see why it would not fit.

You can also mount it to the brake resivor mount with the screws given to you with the ram-mount kit....That way it doesn't cover anything
